Ok, ladies.....
Here goes my first attempt to ever make a blog AND to journal about my attempt, no my PLAN to loose weight! I'm having a hard time not thinking "yeah right, here you go again....you never stick to it....." But I dont want to agree with the devils taunting lies. I CAN always TRY AGAIN!
And I look forward to supporting each other. I know *I* really need support to keep accountable.
I wont be very active on here until after New years. Until then I want to narrow down my goals and get all geared up to face 2011 with high expectations!
Something that is super hard for me is excersise! i hate doing it so mostly I dont :( I know I qualify as a busy mommy but thats an excuse! I know I can find time to do what i like, becaus I make time to be on MOMYS! :) So one of my goals will def include the dreaded chore of excersisng.
I want to drink more. (1/2 body weight in oz)
Eat more salads
Start the day with a good brekky
limit sweets, desserts. I really dont eat them very often. But when i have acses to some i can hardly stop!
I REALLY need to learn about portion control!!
